37 Arts is a 50,000 square foot state-of the-art theatre complex housing a unique combination of commercial and non-profit arts organizations.

The complex comprises three commercial theatre spaces (one 290, one 399 and one 499-seat theatre) and is managed by Dan Markley Productions, Inc.
